Maryam Goudarzi, Ph.D.

Maryam Goudarzi is the Senior Manager of Metabolomics & Lipidomics at SCIEX . She completed her Ph.D. in Biochemistry at George Mason University in 2011, and her post-doctoral fellowship in metabolomics and microbiome research at Georgetown University. Maryam’s skills in metabolomics research, collaborative nature, and driven attitude have contributed to the rapid growth of the metabolomics core at CCF-LRI, which currently supports 190 labs and over $300 million in total research funding. For the past three years Maryam served as vice-president of Metabolomics Association of North America (MANA) and is a founding member of several initiatives within MANA. She established MANA’s Early-Career Council with the support of other MANA members, co-leads MANA’s Microbiome Interest Group, and serves on the WomiX committee. ​
